No, we do not charge a separate diagnostic fee. Service calls are done by the hour. First hour is $200 + GST and every hour after is $100/h + GST. Generally speaking most problems are solved within the hour.
Absolutely! All of our electricians are fully licensed, insured, and trained to meet local and Canadian electrical codes for safety and reliability.
If there’s a fire, smoke, or visible sparking, call 911 immediately. Once safe, you can contact us for emergency electrical service. Avoid touching any exposed wires or electrical panels.
Make sure the area around the electrical issue is accessible and clear of obstacles. If it’s a business setting, try to notify staff in advance to minimize disruption. For homes, keep pets secured and provide any relevant information to our technician.
We understand that electrical problems don’t always happen when we expect them or during business hours, which is why we offer 24/7 emergency services for both residential and commercial clients. Our emergency service call rate is $350 + GST for the first hour and $200/h + GST after that.

Although we would love to meet you, you don’t have to be home during our visit. Many clients have provided us with a door code or hidden a key to give us access to their homes while they are gone for the day.
As homeowners, electrical repair and service work often don’t give any notice when an issue is going to arise. In these instances, we will do our best to fit you in as promptly as possible. However, if you are planning ahead for a renovation project or electrical installation, 1-2 weeks notice would help our staff save your place in the calendar.
Yes, we are pleased to offer our clients a one year parts and labour warranty! This applies to all materials we provide and install. Unfortunately, installing customer provided materials or fixtures would void our warranty.
